If your device is running slowly or you would simply like to start from scratch, we can reinstall MacOS or Windows, and in the process upgrade to the latest compatible version. This includes operating system updates as well as driver downloads.
Data Recovery

If your device won’t allow you to enter the operating system we can help with recovering your data. There will be cases where recovery is not possible for us, such as when there’s hardware issues with the drive itself. There is no charge if we can’t recover anything.
OS Reinstallation + Data Transfer

This service includes the full OS reinstallation, as well as the transfer of any data. This includes documents, photos, videos, etc. We cannot transfer applications.
OS Cloning

If you have specific applications or settings that you would like to maintain when upgrading to a different device, we can clone the drive, and it will appear on the new device exactly as it did on the previous one. This process isn’t always successful, and there may be some applications that require reactivation.
SSD Upgrade

If your device is still using an HDD, or hard disk drive, you can upgrade to an SSD, or solid state drive, to improve boot times, and overall performance. The price is dependent on SSD size, upgrade difficulty and if you need data transferred. You can purchase an SSD from us or bring your own.
Laptop RAM Upgrade

If you need more RAM, we can install more for your device, however There are certain devices that do not have upgradable RAM. The price is dependent on the amount of RAM needed, and the upgrade difficulty. You can purchase RAM from us or bring your own.
Tune-Up

If your device is running slowly, we can help by removing unnecessary applications and files, as well as change settings to improve performance. We also run application and operating system updates.
Virus & Malware Removal
$100
If your device has a virus or malware that slows it down, or causes pop up messages, we can attempt to remove them without reinstalling the operating system. There is no charge if we can’t remove the .
Phone & Tablet Reset
$50
If your tablet has a passcode lock or is running slowly, we can reset it. All data will be lost, and in the case of iPhones and iPads, they will most likely require an Apple ID associated with that device, to complete the reset process.
